CRYNOVA.IO TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website https://crynova.io and the Crynova cryptocurrency payment acceptance service.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Crynova service provides users with the technical ability to accept, process, and track cryptocurrency payments.
1.2. Use of the website constitutes the user's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.3. If the user does not agree with any provision of these Terms, they must discontinue the use of the website and the service.
2. Terms and Definitions
User — an individual or legal entity using the website and/or Crynova services.
Service — the Crynova software platform for accepting and processing cryptocurrency payments.
Cryptocurrency Payment — a transaction involving digital assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, and other supported cryptocurrencies.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. To access the full functionality of the service, the user must complete registration and create an account.
3.2. The user guarantees the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information provided.
3.3. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Description of Services
4.1. Crynova provides tools for accepting cryptocurrency payments on websites, applications, and other online services operated by the user.
4.2. The service may include payment invoice creation, API integration, webhook notifications, transaction analytics, and payment history.
4.3. Crynova is not a bank, financial institution, or investment platform.
5. Cryptocurrency Transactions
5.1. Cryptocurrency transactions are executed on their respective blockchain networks and may become irreversible after network confirmation.
5.2. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses, transfer networks, and payment parameters.
5.3. Crynova is not liable for the loss of funds resulting from transfers made to an incorrect address or through an incorrect blockchain network.
6. API and Technical Integration
6.1. Users may use the Crynova API to automate cryptocurrency payment acceptance.
6.2. The API may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.
6.3. Crynova reserves the right to restrict or terminate API access in the event of a violation of these Terms.
7. Fees and Settlements
7.1. Fees may be charged for the use of the service according to the pricing published on the website.
7.2. Blockchain network fees are not controlled by Crynova and depend on the congestion level of the respective network.
7.3. Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
8. Security
8.1. Crynova implements technical and organizational measures to protect user accounts, transactions, and data.
8.2. Users are solely responsible for the security of their devices, passwords, API keys, and access credentials.
8.3. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, the user must immediately notify Crynova.
9. Privacy

9.2. By using the service, the user consents to the processing of their personal data.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- using the service for illegal purposes;
- conducting fraudulent activities;
- violating the rights of third parties;

11. Limitation of Liability

14.2. Such circumstances include war, technical failures, cyberattacks, actions of public authorities, communication outages, and blockchain network failures.
15. Amendments to the Terms
15.1. Crynova reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
15.2. Continued use of the website after the Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
16. Final Provisions
16.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Crynova.
16.2. The invalidity of any individual provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
16.3. The user confirms that they have the legal capacity and authority required to use the service.
